The tasks of the Office of the Ombudsman are essentially the investigation of complaints, the provision of information, advice, and mediation in conflicts between citizens and the public administration.
Scope of Responsibility
The Office of the Ombudsman works to defend the rights and interests of citizens vis-à-vis the public administration. In order to properly discharge these duties, it operates freely and independently.
